Imagine starting your day waking up to a gentle Atlantic breeze, before hitting the yoga mat, to stretch and energize your body with a morning practice, all followed by delicious Portuguese breakfast.
Then head over to a group workshop delivered by our local expert in digital stress prevention where you learn how to disconnect from digital devices and take back control over your life!
You will discuss your thoughts and ideas with likeminded guests over a healthy lunch.
It’s time for you to relax, so you will enjoy the pool and the peaceful ambience of the garden.
In the afternoon you will have the option of joining a yoga class or a meditative walk in nature, followed by a gong sound bath concert. The sublime yet powerful sound of the gongs takes your brain to Theta brainwave frequencies, even though you still feel present, you have then entered a dreamlike, deep meditative state.

Creator of Digital Detox Retreat, yoga teacher and a host
Kasia is a psychologist, turned wellbeing strategist, running a recruitment, and wellbeing consulting agency in London. She has been practicing yoga since 2005 and this practice changed her life and set on a path where she discovered various methods of bringing balance to body and mind, including ayurvedic – yoga massage, acro yoga, yoga nidra and positive psychology. Abundance of her international corporate experience combined with yoga and bodywork practice allows her to connect and understand the needs of busy entrepreneurs.
Kasia will deliver daily yoga practice, teach you breathing techniques, uncover the elements of partner and acro yoga and walk you through guided meditation practice and belief transformation secrets.
Vibrational healer & teacher
Gillian Harrison is an experienced vibrational healer & teacher, who has practiced & taught Reiki, crystals & flower essences for over 17 years. She fell in love with the Gongs four years ago and has been studying & playing them ever since.
She uses this combination of reiki energy, crystals, flower essences & gongs to help her clients achieve balance in their lives. She works in a caring, loving & gentle way. She believes in the vibrational healing of flowers & crystals, kindness & karma, past & future lives, angels & spirit guides & living every second of every day in a meaningful & joyful way.
Gillian will deliver soothing gong sound baths and an “Express your authentic self” communication workshop.
Naturopath passionate about natural medicine
Anna will deliver a ” Creating more energy through food & lifestyle” workshop
Daily schedule of activities
It is important to understand that whilst we offer a full day o scheduled activities, nothing is compulsory. We certainly encourage your commitment to the schedule in order to fully benefit from it, we recognise that everyone comes with slightly different approach to their goals, interests therefore “down time” can be taken whenever a guest feels it is important to them.
There will be short periods in the day offering free time and scheduled activities that promote and support rest and relaxation.
Agile Spirit Retreat is the ideal holiday to maximize your overall wellbeing. With six hours of group training followed by an indulgent sound bath, you are guaranteed to return home at your optimal wellbeing.
The yoga sessions are organised in small groups with the focus on individual needs.
You will receive individual attention without missing out on the enjoyment of exercising with other liked minded guests. With 3 nights duration, this retreat gives you enough flexibility to fit a healthy break into your schedule.
You’ll experience amazing mindfulness and relaxation practices, enjoy healthy meals, dive into activities, and connect with others, without any devices.
