During the duration of the 4 days program, you are in regular, online contact with me.
Each morning you receive daily instructions and guidelines to complete tasks during a day along with the invitation for an afternoon/evening follow up live online session with me and other participants. Each task will take no more than 30 min to complete.
You will also be equipped with tools to help you follow up on your radiant lifestyle practice after the program.
You will be presented with several practical and accessible science-based tools you can incorporate into your life right away. They will involve both your mind and body working to create harmony.
By the end of this course, you’ll have a healthier mindset and feel more radiant, relaxed, and peaceful.
