Accomodation
Hotell Borge, located on the tranquil Husøy Island near Tønsberg, is an ideal base for our Pilates & Yoga Camp.
The rooms are simple and en suite, designed for restful stays where you can disconnect and slow down.
The hotel’s traditional Norwegian cuisine, made from fresh local ingredients, provides nourishing meals to support your wellbeing throughout the retreat.
With the water just steps away, you’re invited to spend plenty of time outdoors -whether swimming in the sea, wandering nature trails, or simply soaking up the peaceful island atmosphere.
It’s a place to truly step back, breathe, and let nature guide your reset.
Getting here is easy
Closest airport: Sandefjord Airport Torp (TRF) – sometimes listed by airlines as “Oslo Torp”, but it is actually right near us, not near Oslo. From Torp, a taxi or Uber to Husøy takes about 30 minutes (approx. £60-80; fixed-price airport taxis can be a little cheaper in the daytime). For a budget option, take the free shuttle bus to Torp station, the VY train to Tønsberg (around 15 min, approx. 60-90 NOK / £5-7), then a short taxi or Uber to Husøy.
Via Oslo: take the VY train from Oslo S south to Tønsberg (around 1 hour, approx. 300-500 NOK / £22-37, cheaper if booked early). Arriving at Oslo Gardermoen (OSL)? Take the airport train to Oslo S and change. Then taxi or Uber from Tønsberg to Husøy.
Handy apps: VY (trains), Uber (rides), and VKT Mobilbillett (local buses). Norway is cashless, so card or phone payment works everywhere.

Kasia Richter is a Psychologist with a Holistic Approach and Mindset Transformation Mentor. As the founder of Wellbeing Strategist, she specializes in stress reduction and resilience building, guiding individuals towards a balanced, empowered mindset. With her expertise in psychology and transformative techniques, Kasia helps clients navigate challenges and unlock their potential for success.
In addition to her psychological work, Kasia is also a Wellbeing Retreats Organizer, Certified Yoga Teacher, and Theta Healing Practitioner. She designs life-changing retreats that offer deep relaxation, personal growth, and lasting transformation, helping individuals reconnect with their purpose and cultivate a happy, fulfilling life.
Daria Kister
Daria, founder of Lans Balans, is a certified Pilates instructor and personal trainer with years of experience. She specializes in working with women, helping them restore balance between body and mind. Her mission goes beyond physical fitness, as she promotes a healthy lifestyle and overall well-being.
Daria is known for her personalized approach, dedication, and uplifting energy, which she brings to every session. She inspires women to take care of themselves through classes that are full of positivity, motivation, and relaxation.
