What happens in a Sound Bath
You lie down, covered and comfortable, with nothing asked of you. Then the sound begins, gongs, bowls, chimes, and slowly it surrounds you. There is nowhere to be and nothing to do. The sound takes over, and a body that has been braced for a long time finally lets go.
Most people arrive carrying everything. They leave lighter and clearer, deeply rested yet somehow refreshed. A rare combination.
