We begin with a brief wellbeing conversation. Tell me what you need today, whether that is quiet, a gentler pace or time to reconnect.
A private sound bath with time to settle in and return slowly. For you, your favourite people or a special occasion. At my West Wimbledon studio or in the comfort of your home.

Perhaps your mind stays busy long after work ends. You have just returned from a long journey and want time to unwind. Or you want to bring people together for a birthday that leaves everyone feeling cared for.
Choose a private experience shaped around how you want to feel: calmer, more rested, with a little more room to think. You do not need experience or a special reason to book.
We begin with a brief wellbeing conversation. Tell me what you need today, whether that is quiet, a gentler pace or time to reconnect.
Lie down, fully clothed, as live instruments fill the space. Your sound and guided relaxation experience is tailored to you, with optional gentle breathing, meditation or intention setting, agreed around your preferences and suitability.
A quiet close, with time to reorient and sit up at your own pace. At home, enjoy the freedom to keep resting afterwards.
Prefer gentle Yin yoga? It can replace part of the sound experience within your 75 minutes. We agree the balance before your session.
One personal experience, with two ways to enjoy it.
Come alone for undivided attention, or bring your partner, friends or family for a shared pause. A thoughtful way to celebrate a birthday, anniversary, hen gathering or simply time together.

“My sound bath experience exceeded expectations, leaving me feeling like a brand new person and so positive.”
I’m Kasia Richter, a psychologist, award-winning sound therapy practitioner and certified yoga teacher.
After more than a decade in international aviation, I understand demanding schedules, travel and being the person others rely on. My approach combines an understanding of busy lives with the attention to detail shaped by international aviation and premium brand collaborations. Your preferences guide the pace, sound and optional practices.
Tell me what you need. I will shape the experience and look after the details.
Plan your private experience →The private experience is 75 minutes: a 10-minute check-in, 60 minutes of tailored sound and guided relaxation, and a 5-minute close. Optional Yin yoga replaces part of that middle hour. The latest start is 7 p.m., finishing at 8:15 p.m.
No. You lie down and listen. There is no routine to learn and nothing you need to achieve. You can change position or sit up whenever you need.
Selected addresses across South West and West London, including Wimbledon, Raynes Park, Putney, Fulham, Chelsea, Kensington, Notting Hill and Richmond. Please include your postcode so I can confirm whether your address is within my service area. Home visits are limited to this area.
From £265 for one person: your 75-minute private experience, a brief wellbeing check-in, a portable instrument selection, setup and packing away. Your complete price, including any travel or parking charges, is confirmed before payment.
A quiet room with enough clear floor space to lie down comfortably and position instruments nearby. We agree access, parking, setup time and whether you will use your own comfortable mat, pillows and blanket before you book. Setup and packing away are outside the 75 minutes; an 8:15 p.m. session finish means I leave after packing away. The portable instrument selection differs from the full studio setup.
Yes. Book the studio exclusively for 2–8 people. Share the occasion when you enquire so we can agree any personal touches. The £300 price is for the whole group.
Please contact me before booking if you are pregnant; have epilepsy or a history of seizures; tinnitus, sound sensitivity or a hearing condition; a pacemaker or other implanted medical device; a significant heart condition; recent surgery or an injury; or are receiving medical treatment that may affect your participation.
Please also mention if sound, closing your eyes or lying still can trigger panic, flashbacks or dissociation. We can discuss comfort and adaptations privately. You may be advised to speak to your healthcare team before a booking is accepted.
These are reasons for an individual suitability discussion, rather than automatic exclusions. A sound bath is a complementary relaxation experience and does not replace medical care or psychological treatment.
Please postpone if you are acutely unwell, have symptoms of an infectious illness, are under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs, or are experiencing an acute mental health crisis. If music or sound has triggered seizures, do not book until you have discussed this with your epilepsy clinician and with me. Do not attend against advice from your treating clinician.
If any sound becomes painful or uncomfortable during a session, tell me immediately so it can be reduced or stopped. You can keep your eyes open, change position or pause at any time.
These practices are optional. Please mention pregnancy, recent surgery, joint or spinal conditions, osteoporosis, hypermobility, dizziness or breathing difficulties before we agree to include them. Movement and positioning can be adapted or omitted. Never force a stretch or continue through pain. Breathing is gentle and comfortable; there is no requirement for breath-holding or rapid breathing.
A home visit gives you a comfortable space to unwind after a long journey, especially when you feel out of rhythm after a flight. You can rest afterwards without travelling again. It is a relaxation experience rather than a treatment for jet lag or sleep disorders; individual responses vary.
Choose your experience and share your preferred date. I will confirm availability and the full price before you pay.
Once we agree the details, pay securely to confirm your booking. I will send your confirmation and preparation notes.
