Every Wednesday evening, our boutique studio in West Wimbledon becomes a sanctuary for nervous system regulation and mental clarity. Using the therapeutic frequencies of symphonic gongs, Tibetan singing bowls, and chimes, this immersive sound experience guides your body into a parasympathetic state — where true restoration happens.
Sound therapy works by entraining your brainwaves, helping shift you from beta (active thinking) to alpha and theta states (deep relaxation and meditation). Research shows that these vibrational frequencies can reduce cortisol, lower heart rate, and improve sleep quality.
Each session is thoughtfully crafted and may include guided breathwork, meditation, or gentle yoga and stretching-inspired movement to help you arrive fully in your body before settling into stillness. An oracle or therapeutic card pull may be added for reflection and intention-setting.
