How to prepare for your sessions?


Just show up.

Everything else is already ready for you—mats, blankets, pillows, eye masks, herbal tea, water.

What to bring:

  • Wear comfortable clothes (something you’d wear to gentle yoga)

What to expect: We may incorporate gentle stretches or mild yoga movements during the session. Nothing strenuous—just what helps your body relax deeper.

You don’t need experience. You don’t need to “be good” at relaxing. You don’t need to prepare your mind.

Your only job is to arrive and let your nervous system do the rest.

The Studio

 Wellbeing House is my private studio in West Wimbledon—an intimate, cozy space I created specifically for deep nervous system work.

Everything you need is here—yoga mats, blankets, pillows, eye masks, herbal tea.

The package of 5 sessions is £180

I offer the expertise of a psychologist with solid experience working in a corporate environment in the leadership role, so I can relate to the experience of decision-makers and professionals.

I work with highly effective tools that are focused on results achieved in the fastest and safest way. One session can bring results achieved with years or months of classic therapy. 

I use my best knowledge, the intention of the highest good and effective toolkit to support my clients. The results will depend on the individual situation of each person, their attitude and willingness to collaborate in order to achieve desired results. 

The  session usually takes 60 min, can include breath work, meditation and elements of bodywork ( stretching, yoga, massage)
