Discover the healing power of touch in this intimate, hands-on workshop where you’ll learn simple Thai Yoga Massage techniques you can use at home to support your own wellbeing and that of loved ones.

Led by Kasia Richter—psychologist, wellbeing strategist, and massage therapist trained in traditional Abhyanga and Thai Yoga Massage in India—this workshop offers practical, accessible techniques rooted in ancient healing wisdom, followed by a deeply restorative 60-minute sound bath.

What You’ll Experience

Introduction to Thai Yoga Massage
Learn the philosophy behind this gentle, clothed bodywork and how it supports nervous system regulation, energy flow, and stress release.

Hands-On Practice Session
Simple massage sequences you can take home—perfect for self-care, partners, or family members. No previous experience needed. You’ll practice with other participants, so no partner necessary (though partners are welcome to book together).

60-Minute Restorative Sound Bath

Who It’s For

Perfect for complete beginners—no massage experience necessary. Come solo or bring a partner. You’ll practice with others in the group, learning practical self-care tools you can use at home to support your own wellbeing and that of loved ones.

What to Wear

Comfortable, movement-friendly clothing is essential—yoga pants, leggings, t-shirts, or hoodies work perfectly. Avoid anything restrictive. Socks recommended for comfort.
